Are the phones framed real?
Yes, we source used phones and tear down and redesign them, a process that includes disassembling, cleaning, sterilization, redesigning, framing and more, eventually resulting in a framed artwork.
Remarks: We use dummy battery case models to avoid likely risks that include the escape of hazardous gases & poison chemicals due to bursts, etc.
Is the battery in the frame safe to be there?
We are using fake batteries, just a model, there will be no danger of explosion or expansion.
What are the measurements?
Currently our products are available in two sizes, the rectangular frame is 11.7 x 16.5 in, and the square frame is 13 x 13 x 1.8 in.
What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
If the product has a fabrication problem, you can return or exchange it only if it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally, but the logistics time in some countries or regions is too long, if you are unable to make a purchase, please contact our official email.
Is it possible for me to ship my devices over to you and pay you to frame it?
We are sorry that due to many customs issues with international transportation of electronic equipment, we are temporarily unable to provide you with customized services for your own equipment.
